Hypro-Sorb F is a resorbable bilayer collagen membrane for guided tissue and bone regeneration, made out of high purified bovine collagen type I.
The bilayer collagen membrane supports the integration of bone tissue on the rough layer as well as the adhesion and healing of soft tissue on the smooth layer. While the smooth layer supports the healing of the soft tissue, osteoblasts and osteoblast-precursor cells use the disordered structure of the collagen fibers on the rough side to infiltrate into the porous structures.
