DYNA AESTHETIC LINE
The aesthetic line excists of anatomic abutments in 16 colours zirkonium and titanium. These abutments will become available in 5 types, all in 3 different heights 0.5, 1.5 and 2.5mm.
Straight:
Type 1 for molars
Type 2 for incisives
Type 3 for premolars
Angled:
Type 2 for incisives
Type 3 for premolars
There will be a choice of 15 abutments in titanium as well as zirkonium, so 30 in total. The zirkonium abutments will be produced of Biozyram® and are available in all 16 VITA® colours (A1 - D4). The aesthetic line will enable denal professionals to choose the right abutment for each indication to achieve the best possible aesthetic result for the patient.
TITANIUM CYLINDER WITH FREE OCTALOCK CONNECTION
The new titanium cylinder will enable dental professionals to make a bar construction completely out of titanium by means of laserwelding. The patented free octalock connection makes a free, non parallel abutment placement possible up to 20° per element, so 40° in total and offers the following advantages:
- Press fit internal octagon
- Conical abutment connection
- One universal conical fixation screw
- Each abutment fits all implant designs & diameters
Fatigue tests proved that this design showed no fractures even after more than 50 million cycles (10 x ISO norm).
