Dyna Torque Wrenches and Dyna Octa Tools
There are 2 Dyna torque wrenches available:
Torq Set (Article number 5084)
Torq Shank Adaptor Set (Article number 5085S)
There are 4 Dyna octa drivers available:
The following 2 Octa Drivers Latch-Head (short or long version) can be used in combination with the contra angle hand piece or in combination with the Torq Shank Adaptor Set.
The following 2 Octa Drivers TW can only be used in combination with the Torq Set
Please be aware of the following:
The implant should slowly be threaded into its final position, either manually with a torque wrench in combination with an octa driver or with a contra-angle hand piece in combination with an octa driver at a maximum speed of 30 rpm.
There are two types of torque wrenches and four types of octa drivers available.
When placing the implant, the machine polished implant collar should be positioned under the crest.
The minimal insertion torque for secure primary stabilization should be bigger than 25Ncm!
If the torque is higher than 50Ncm the implant should always be threaded into place manually using the Torq Set in combination with the Octa Drivers TW!
If the torque is higher than 50Ncm and you use the contra angle hand piece in combination with the Octa Driver Latch-Head, the Octa Driver Latch Head can be damaged!
If the torque is higher than 50Ncm and you use the Torq Shank Adaptor Set in combination with the Octa Drivers Latch-Head, the Octa Driver Latch Head can be damaged!
In general the octa drivers should be replaced after 20 operations.
